Cittadella del Prosciutto – Ham Citadel Samplings, driven tastings, meetings and taste laboratories discovering the secrets of the prince of Italian cured meats, together with the experts of Parma Ham.

17:00. Presentation of the new preparation of the Sale - Salt - area of the Parma Ham Museum, in Bocchialini street. Guided visit with the Coordinator of Food Museums. Free from 17.00 to 18:00 h.
